I'm The Right Real Estate Agent

Today's Real Estate Market is drastically different than it has ever been before.  Buyers used to offer directly to the Seller and have fast responses and little hassle.  Today our Real Estate Market is different.  Buyers typically need to make an offer to the Seller but then need to wait several months for the Seller's Lender to approve the sale.  This is called a Short Sale and it means that the Seller owes more money on the home than it is currently worth.  Another angle is when the Buyer needs to make an offer on a Bank Owned or REO home.  The owner of this type of sale will typically respond within a few days but the Buyer will have to take all the risk associated with buying the Bank Owned or REO home.

A couple things that will make your home buying or selling process easier and more enjoyable:

First, you'll want an expert agent ready and able to make a full-time commitment to you. You also need an agent that is experienced in all types of sales:  Short Sales, Lender Owned/REO Sales, and Standard Sales.  I can and will do that.  I work in all areas of Minneapolis/St. Paul (and surrounding suburbs) including but not limited to Lakeville, Apple Valley, Burnsville, Eagan, Savage, Prior Lake, Inver Grove Heights, Minneapolis, St. Paul, Rosemount, Edina, Eden Prairie, Bloomington, Hopkins, Farmington, Mendota, St. Louis Park, Minnetonka, Richfiled, Golden Valley, Maple Grove, and Plymouth.

Second, you'll want an agent with the experience needed to know the local neighborhoods, schools, market conditions, ordinances, etc. If there is any stat that your would like with regard tot he real estate market, please let me know and I can provide them to you.  I have the expertise and track record of success you need.

Third, you'll want an agent who embraces the convenience of technology without losing the personal touch. You'll love the resources available on my website and the e-mail alerts that I send, but these will never replace the time I spend with you, serving as your personal guide through this exciting process.
